This painting is done by Ken Tighe, an artist I stumbled across when looking through blogs. His painting style is realistic, but painterly, and very full of energy. Hi Katie, Thanks so much for the comments and post of my website address, Interesting you chose the painting of "Kristen in the woods" to use an image. I was thinking about that painting last Spring, and the large painting I did in the woods this summer has similarities. I will have it posted to my site in a few days to check out.
